What if I just want to fix a typo or wrong info?
You do not need to fully claim. Every listing on the site has a Suggest an edit link on its detail view. Tell an editor what needs updating and we will fix it, usually within a day. Claiming is for when you want ongoing control (edit anytime, upload photos, add a discount, pick a plan).
Is claiming really free?
Yes, and it stays free. The paid tiers add photos, a Verified badge, and (on First Class) the Featured slot. Nothing about the free listing gets clawed back if you upgrade and later cancel.
What if my business is not on the guide yet?
Head to Submit a Listing and fill in the short form. An editor will add your business to the directory, then invite you to claim it.
How do you verify I own the business?
An editor cross-checks the claim email against your business's public contact info (website, phone, socials). If anything looks off, we reach out before approving.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Any time, from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep paid features until then. Your listing stays live on the Free tier after.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Onboard and First Class include a 14-day trial with no card at all. A card only comes in when you decide to keep the paid tier.
What is the Featured slot?
On each stop page, a Featured slot rotates daily among First Class listings for that stop. It sits at the top of the listings, above category results, and is the only paid position on the site.
